A total of 1,800 photographs and postcards from the Süheyl Ünver Collection at the Turkish Historical Society Archives, depicting cities across Anatolia and the Balkans as well as the Arab world, are now available online.
The visual materials documenting the historical appearance of different cities can be explored by researchers and history enthusiasts through the digital catalog of the Turkish Historical Society Archives.
The collection was made available as part of the Turkish Historical Society’s efforts to digitize its library and archival holdings and bring historical heritage to a wider audience.
